Velmeir gets second DNS for Madison Valley project

Studio Meng Strazzara designed the complex, with 82 units above a new PCC Community Market. The site has been upzoned since the project began four years ago.

The city has approved redevelopment plans for the City People's Garden Store property in the Madison Valley. Again.
