Goodman sells 216 Kent units for over $44M

La Mirage no more: Goodman spruced up the apartment complex, and rebranded it as Knol.

The Knol Apartments, at 11239 S.E. 260th St. in East Kent, have sold for almost $44.3 million, according to King County records. The seller was GRE La Mirage LLC, associated with Goodman Real Estate, which acquired the complex, then called La Mirage, in 2018 for $32 million.
