241 Ballard units head into design review

Looking southwest in this rendering, the Greenbank project (on the corner of Ninth) is next to the separate five-story plan by Aegis Living on 11th.

Greenbank Holdings has paid about $3.6 million to assemble a development site at 907 N.W. Market St. in Ballard. With architect Skidmore Janette, its 241-unit apartment plan will enter administrative design review this fall.
