Intracorp pays $10M for Rainier Valley site, with 62 townhouses planned

In this rendering, looking east on Plum, the main Lighthouse for the Blind property will remain next to the new development.

Intracorp and a financial partner have paid a little over $10.2 million for a nearly full-block development site at 2012 24th Ave. S. and 2009 25th Ave. S., according to King County records.
