56 West Seattle units sell for $7M

SEATTLE — The Footprint West Seattle apartments, at 3266 S.W. Avalon Way, sold for just under $7 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Cypress Equities LLC, associated with the late developer Jim Potter, which acquired the land in 2012 for almost $300,000, then put up the building.
