144 Capitol Hill units set for fall design review

The Car Tender corner, at 1710 12th Ave. on Capitol Hill, has been the subject of two development efforts since the property initially sold in 2016. It's since been enlarged, and current owner Mack Real Estate Group is planning a seven-story, 144-unit apartment building. That proposal, by Runberg Architecture Group, is going through administrative design review this fall, and the design is coming into shape.
