Urban Visions gets $128M in new venture to build 3rd Ave tower

The latest design emphasize the terraced roof and how the tower meets the streets below.

Urban Visions has sold its entitled 801 Third Ave. tower site, aka The Net, into a new venture with Mitsui Fudosan America for a little over $127.7 million. King County recorded the deal on Friday. The buyer of record was The Net Seattle LLC.
