Kirkland building sells for $2.6M

KIRKLAND — A commercial building at 11828 Slater Ave. N.E. in Kirkland sold for $2.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Slater Park LLC, which acquired the property in 2013 for a little over $1 million.
