77 West Seattle units pass through design review

The proposed new building would replace a church annex, but not the actual West Seattle Christian Church, which owns the corner.

West Seattle Christian Church plans to redevelop its corner property at 4401 42nd Ave. S.W. — leaving intact its church across the street to the east. The five-story apartment plan, by Cone Architecture, received city approval on Monday for a master use permit. The project has passed successfully through administrative design review.
