$9M sale for retail in Kent

KENT — A recently developed retail property at 22431 84th Ave. S. in Kent sold for just under $9.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was WF Kent 84 LLC, associated with White-Leasure Development Co. of Boise which acquired the land last year for $1.6 million. The owner then developed a new Starbucks and 7-Eleven with gas station.
