Alliance spends $20M for U Village Office Depot site, with new building coming

    Office Depot will occupy the corner bay shown at the lower left, on the corner of 25th.

    Alliance Residential is planning a mixed-use apartment building at 4906 25th Ave. N.E., right next to University Village. Now we know who the sole commercial tenant will be. Alliance just paid $20 million to the Office Depot building owner, Bay Area-based investor Loja, in a deal King County recorded last week. Brokers were not announced. The deal was worth about $294 per square foot for the land.
