Alliance completes U Village site

SEATTLE — In the second of two transactions related to its apartment plan at 4906 25th Ave. N.E., next to University Village, Alliance Residential has paid $5 million for the vacant old Jiffy Lube property.

Last week, Alliance paid $20 million for the larger Office Depot property, also via an LLC, to the prior California owner.
