This perspective looks east toward Pixel. To its west, the white corner indicates the current Macy’s Furniture Gallery building, which is likely bound for redevelopment by new owner Merlone Geier Partners.

A corner parcel at 15424 Bel-Red Road, now home to a pawnshop, traded in February for almost $2.8 million. Now there's a plan to redevelop with an eight-story, 177-unit project dubbed Pixel.
