Landmarked downtown bank hits the market

For years, the Bank of California building was an anchor on what some called Seattle’s Wall Street.

Even before the pandemic, banks were shuttering unprofitable branches, as more and more financial services shifted online. Now KeyBank is offering its squat little landmarked building at 815 Second Ave.
