Recently built Lakewood warehouse on old drive-in site sells for almost $40M

The project replaced the old Star-Lite drive-in, which closed in 1996.

The new Starlite Distribution Center at 3451 84th St. S. in Lakewood has sold for $39.5 million, according to Pierce County records.
