$8M sale for three SoDo properties

SEATTLE — In three related sales in SoDo, each worth about $2.7 million, American Life founders Ray Klein and Henry Liebman have rebalanced the ownership of three industrial properties. King County recorded all three earlier this week.

American Life sold two old industrial buildings at 207 S. Horton St. to a Klein-related LLC. Then a different Klein-related LLC acquired the somewhat newer building next door, at 3317 Third Ave. S., for about half its assessed value of $6.4 million. No new plans have been filed for that block, which is home to various small businesses including Illume, On Safari Foods and Mobius Cycle.
