29 Ravenna units will house new Cowen Park Cafe

The neighborhood favorite business will return to its old corner location after construction.

Two years ago, the owners of Cowen Park Cafe, at 1217 N.E. Ravenna Blvd., began planning to redevelop with apartments above a new home for their business. That plan has now been approved by the city, and is close to receiving a master use permit.
