Google makes 10-acre land deal for another Kirkland office campus

Google will end up with three Kirkland office clusters all within about a half-mile radius.

No excise tax has been recorded, but Google has apparently bought the 10-acre Lee Johnson Chevrolet property at 11845 N.E. 85th St. in Kirkland . No plans have been filed yet for the site, which is in Rose Hill, east of Interstate 405, at the junction with Northeast 85th Street.
