No commercial space is included in the project, which will be very walkable to Northgate and other retail.

Intracorp is planning to buy and redevelop a midblock retail property at 11201 Roosevelt Way N.E., a short walk southwest to Northgate and its future light-rail station, which is expected to open next fall.
