Eastside offices trade for $63M

Swift, the seller, renovated and rebranded the complex during its two years of ownership.

The Overlake 520 complex in Bel-Red, at 14335-14475 N.E. 24th St., has sold for $63 million, according to King County records. The sellers were two LLCs associated with Swift Real Estate Partners of San Francisco, which acquired the property — then called Oakhurst Center — in 2018 for $45.4 million.
