138 Bellevue condos could break ground next spring

In this view, looking north, the now separately owned Mira Flats is immediately behind Create World’s second planned building.

The second planned phase of a Bellevue condominium project, now dubbed Altaire, is showing some signs of progress at 10232 N.E. 10th St., a block north of Bellevue Square. The present corner retail plaza, now home to Papa John's Pizza and others, hasn't yet demolished. The city hasn't issued all the necessary permits. Nor is there any indication that owner/developer Create World has begun pre-selling the 138 units in a planned 20-story tower.
