Plan for 56 Squire Park units begins to take shape

The terrace scheme, one of three possible designs, would benefit from unobstructed views north to a Seattle University athletic field.

A corner site, just east of Seattle University, appears bound for redevelopment. The longtime owner of an old commercial building at 1305 E. Jefferson St. is now working with Jenda Project Management, architect MNMuM Studio and Animal Name Design on a five-story, 56-unit plan, which hasn't yet entered design review.
