26 Lakewood units sell for over $3M

TACOMA — An apartment building at 12517 47th Ave S.W. has sold for just over $3.3 million, according to Pierce County records. The seller were two local investors who acquired the property in 2018 for a bit over $2.3 million.

The buyer, via two LLCs, was Michael Delaney of Sound Residential Investments. His brokers were Brandon Lawler, Dylan Simon, and Jerrid Anderson of Kidder Mathews, who announced the deal. It was worth about $127,027 per unit.
