Katerra sells Kirkland senior community at $21M discount

The same two buyers also recently acquired the larger south portion of the former church site.

A substantially completed Kirkland senior housing community at 11729 N.E. 118th St. has sold for just over $5.9 million, according to King County records. The seller was Kirkland 1 Project Owner, associated with builder/developer Katerra, which had acquired the project — then still under construction — from Wolff Cos. last December for about $26.8 million.
