Panattoni pays $13M for Maple Valley gravel pit, with logistics center planned

The Maple Valley has recently seen a surge in residential, retail and mixed-use development, which in turn drives demand for logistics hubs.

A roughly 34-acre gravel pit in Maple Valley has sold for a bit over $13.3 million, according to King County records. The buyer was an LP associated with Panattoni, which is planning a 112,100-square-foot logistics center.
