Eastlake site sold, 50 units eyed

SEATTLE — A development site at 2621 Eastlake Ave. E. sold for $2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was 2621 Eastlake Ave East LLC, associated with local investors and brokers Bruce Kahn partner John Downing. They acquired the midblock property in 2005 about $1.1 million.
