30 U District units ready for first design review

The apartment plan is one of two by the same architect on the same block.

With architect Citizen Design, the longtime owners of two old rental houses at 5031 11th Ave. N.E. are planning to redevelop with a new apartment building. The seven-story 30-proposal has applied for an administrative design review, which hasn't yet been scheduled.
