Enterprise arranges financing for Seattle low-income tower

Weber Thompson designed the tower and Turner Construction is the general contractor.

Bank of America is investing $58 million in indirect equity through Enterprise Community Partners, and providing $84 million in construction financing for a 17-story low-income apartment project under construction at Boylston Avenue and Madison Street in Seattle's First Hill neighborhood.
