Amazon-leased offices in SLU sell for $121M

Unico bought the old building from Pemco, renovated it for Amazon, then partnered with Goldman Sachs.

The renovated former Pemco headquarters, at 325 Eastlake Ave. E., which is fully leased to Amazon, has traded for $121 million, according to King County records.
