Fairfield Residential is planning to buy and redevelop a nearly 5-acre site at 12045 Slater Ave. N.E. in the Totem Lake area of Kirkland. Carrier Johnson + Culture of San Diego is designing the three-building, 484-unit project, which will have its next design review with the city on Monday, in a virtual meeting.
