Bridge buys Milton site for big industrial park

Bridge Development Partners said it acquired 117 acres in Milton for Bridge Point I-5 Seattle, a four-building, 1.94 million-square-foot industrial park, which marks the largest project in the Seattle region for Bridge to date.

The site is at 80 Fifth Ave., three miles from the Port of Tacoma, and allows for direct access to the port via Highway 99, the Chicago-based developer said in press materials. Prior to Bridge's acquisition, the private seller operated a grading and mining business on-site for almost 30 years.
