Charlie's Produce pays nearly $73M for SoDo industrial property

Charlie's Produce has made its second large industrial buy in recent months with the $72.6 million purchase of three buildings at and near 3800 First Ave. S. King County recorded the sale on Friday. The buyer of record was Triple B Ventures LLC, which is associated with Charlie's founders Ray Bowen, Charlie Billow and Terry Bagley. Public records indicate a loan from KeyBank for both acquisitions.
