NorthPoint plans 4 million square feet of industrial space in Snohomish County

NorthPoint Development of Kansas City, Missouri, last month paid over $26.7 million for a large development site at 6600 172nd St. N.E. in Arlington, according to Snohomish County records. The initial purchase is part of a broader plan spanning 426 acres, extending south into Marysville, for what's currently dubbed NorthPoint Cascade Logistics Park.

The potential assemblage follows an irregular path from state Route 531 to Emmanuel Baptist Church (at the bottom of the second triangle).
