Federal Way site sells for $4.5M

FEDERAL WAY — A possible future development site in Federal Way at 35000-35060 Pacific Highway S. sold for $4.5 million, according to King County records.

The seller was R&G Property Holdings LLC, associated with the Barkshire family, which had owned the property for decades.
