Koz to build 167 Capitol Hill units

In this view, looking northwest, the planned building’s neighbor to the south (left) is the Troy co-op, which will likely never be redeveloped.

On a midblock site it owns, at 123 Bellevue Ave. E. on Capitol Hill, Koz Development is planning a now eight-story, 167-unit apartment building. The proposal, by the firm's in-house architect, has its next design review on Feb. 24, in what will be a virtual meeting.
