Inland Group plans 467 Totem Lake units, most of them affordable

The multifamily development will replace a car dealership.


Inland Group is now attached as the developer of a 467-unit project at 12335 120th Ave. N.E. in Kirkland. That's in Totem Lake, west of Interstate 405, on a 4-acre site now occupied by Buick GMC of Kirkland.
