The vacant former Pagliacci building hasn't yet been removed from the corner at 8 100th Ave. N.E., but a luxury condominium developer has received a SEPA determination of non-significance and design approval from the city of Bellevue. The public comment period for Eight One Hundred ends Feb. 11.
Compton Design Office designed the six-story boutique condo, which will have only 10 units, plus two levels of underground parking with about 24 stalls. The garage entrance will be on Main Street. Around 1,245 square feet of commercial space is planned.
Total project size, including the parking and a 1,040-square-foot roof deck, is about 59,000 square feet. The deck will have views to Meydenbauer Bay and its city park — a short walk away.
The owners, associated with Paramount Hotels, are Roger McCracken and Rodney Olson. Their team also includes JTM, general contractor; MG2, consulting architect; Coughlin Porter Lundeen, structural engineer; KPFF, civil; Site Workshop, landscape architect; and Terrane, surveyor;
Construction is expected to last about 15 months. The Eight One Hundred marketing website doesn't yet list any prices. All the units, two per floor, will be large. The two- and three-bedroom condos look to average around 3,000 square feet.
