160 Central Area units sell for $72M

The former Modera Jackson is in what some call the Atlantic neighborhood; others might term it Pratt Park.

The fairly new Modera Jackson apartments, at 1801 S. Jackson St., have sold for just under $72.1 million, according to King County records. The seller was an LLC related to Mill Creek Residential, which acquired the land and master use permit in 2017 for $9.5 million, then built the project. The building was completed circa 2018.
