$33M construction loan placed for Merrill Gardens' Tacoma project

Crews have started site work and will erect the tower crane later this month.
Rush Capital recently closed a partial recourse $33.25 million construction loan for Merrill Gardens' senior housing project across from Wright Park in Tacoma, at the corner of Division Avenue and South G Street.
