MainStreet now planning 106 Redmond units, having axed the offices

This is the pointy west end of the building; the east side will overlake the new park.

MainStreet Property Group and affiliate GenCap Construction now have their permits for the planned Porch + Park, at 16001 Redmond Way downtown. Following the $5.1 million land sale in October for the triangular block, MainStreet opted to drop the planned 20,000 square feet offices from the second floor of the six-story building.
