$2M Ballard land sale to yield 79 units of supportive housing

This is the south of two sites once controlled by Pryde Development; they’ll proceed separately under new ownership.

As planned, Colliers says it has sold the Corry's drycleaning corner in Ballard, at 6400 15th Ave. N.W., in a deal that closed last week for $2 million. King County hadn't yet recorded it before deadline Friday, so not all details could be verified.
