Tukwila plant sells for $12M

TUKWILA — The Redi-Bag plant at 17100 W. Valley Hwy. in Tukwila sold for a bit over $12.1 million, according to King County records.

The seller was West Valley Highway Real Estate Holdings LLC, associated with Traverse Pointe Partners of Chicago. That firm owns Redi-Bag, and acquired the Tukwila property in 2017 for $6 million.
