46-story Denny Triangle tower to feature faceted 'diamond' base

MKA’s steel structure, indicated in magenta, would support the dramatic cantilevers allowing the tower to overhang its neighbors.

As the DJC first reported early this month, Silverstein Properties and Handel Architects are planning to cantilever their planned 46-story apartment tower over its Denny Triangle neighbors: the Butcher's Table building — which it owns — and the separately owned Shake Shack building.
