Almost 1.9 acres of vacant land, with no address but behind (east of) the Sleep Inn at 20406 International Blvd., has sold for $3.2 million, according to King County records. The buyer was Seneca Park Manager LLC, which is associated with the Hunden family's related companies DevCo and Heartland Construction.
DevCo has filed an early plan to develop with a seven-story, 155-unit apartment building. Johnson Braund is the architect, and Heartland will build the project.
