Talon pays $169M for Eastgate office campus

If and when Microsoft leaves, the three buildings may get a refresh from the new owner.

The Advanta Edge Campus in East Bellevue has traded for $169 million, according to King County records. The seller was Advanta Bellevue LLC, associated with Shidler Group of Hawaii, which acquired the property in 2018 for nearly $225 million. That deal was for the three Microsoft-leased buildings at 3003 - 3009 160th Ave. S.E. in Eastgate. Last year it emerged that Shidler would sell the buildings, but not the land, with Newmark as its broker.
