Alliance moves closer to permits for 345 Bellevue units

This rendering looks northeast at the project; to the right of the 22-story tower is Holden of Bellevue’s separate midrise building, which is nearing the end of construction.

For the past few years, Alliance Residential has been planning a second, larger project on the corner immediately south of its Holden of Bellevue — a midrise senior community that's now in the late stages of construction.
