ACG names new acquisitions manager

American Capital Group of Bellevue has a new acquisitions manager in John Lo, who makes the move from CBRE. ACG's BJ Kuula said in a statement, “John is a seasoned industry veteran with deep experience leading teams to achieve new levels of success, and we expect the same at ACG.” Lo has over 27 years of experience, including prior stints at JLL and Eastdil Secured. He said, “I have watched for years as ACG has continued to improve communities across the West with their real estate investments. I am excited to join the ACG team, and look forward to growing the portfolio nationally.” Family-run ACG says it now has over 80 multifamily properties with more than 16,000 units in 10 states. It recently partnered with Artemis Real Estate Partners, of Los Angeles, to buy three projects that Katerra is building in Kirkland and Oregon. That deal was worth almost $94 million.
