JLL recently honored managing director Lisa Stewart with one of its “Champions of Excellence” awards. The company says that, since it acquired her old firm Urbis Partners in 2017, she's helped lease over 7 million square feet. Recent deals have included Apple at Kilroy Realty's 333 Dexter. She's also part of the team leasing the 801 Third Ave. tower, aka The Net, for Urban Visions.
