Keller Williams Greater Seattle said last week that Heather Rickman has joined the residential brokerage; her affiliated company is Rickman Real Estate. KWGS's Angie Mykel said in a statement, “At Keller Williams we believe in success through others and having a high-caliber broker like Heather on our team is a huge win for us.” Rickman closed $13.8 million in deals last year; some of those are also as a wholesaler of “flip” properties. KWGS says it now has about 191 associated brokers, who last year closed about 400 sales worth about $827 million.
