OZ Navigator plans 196 Rainier units near Othello Station

King County hadn't recorded the sales before deadline Friday, but OZ Navigator LLC says it has closed on a development site at 4001 S. Willow St. That's on the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Way South, and about a five-minute walk south to Othello Station.

Frequent partner Neiman Taber Architects will design the project. The plan is to replace three old houses with an eight-story, 196-unit apartment building. It'll also have one level of underground parking, plus a bike room. Some amount of retail will also go on the corner of MLK.
